Q. Where do I find my Friars Pride account number?
A. On the top right hand side of the letter you would have received from us.

Q. How do I know how many Save and Select points I have?
A. This is printed on the top right hand side of the letter you would have received from us.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We allow up to 4 weeks from receiving your completed form, to receiving your vouchers/gift cards or E-Code.

Q. I sent my order in over 4 weeks ago and haven’t received it. What do I do?
A. Send an email to sspoints@friarspride.com with the following details;

Account number
Shop Name
Contact Name
Contact Number
Postcode or email vouchers were sent to
Vouchers ordered
Date applied for

Q. How do I activate my Love2Shop gift card?
A. Go to https://www.love2shop.co.uk/activate-login-register

Q. How long will it take for my Friars Pride credit to show on my account?
A. We say to allow up to four weeks from when we receive your redemption form.

Q. I thought I had ordered more vouchers than I received?
A. Did you check you had enough Save and Select points on your account for the order you placed? If yes, you definitely did have enough points, please email sspoints@friarspride.com and we will look into this for you.

Q. I sent an email to sspoints@friarspride.com and haven’t had a reply.
A. We appreciate your patience at this busy time. We are currently working through all our emails and will reply as soon as we possibly can.

Q. I requested one Amazon card with the full amount on, but I have received multiple Amazon cards with different amounts on.
A. All Amazon cards are pre-loaded, so are sent out by the mailing house in whatever denominations they have available.

Q. I’m worried my order won’t arrive in time for Christmas.
A. If your order form was received before Friday 4th December, don’t worry your order will reach you before Christmas. If your order was received after Friday 4th December, I’m afraid you missed the deadline and we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery.

Q. How many points do I need to claim for a voucher/gift card?
A. The minimum number of points you need is 250, which equates to £10.00.

Q. My vouchers/gift cards have gone missing in the post. What do I do?
A. Contact us and we will contact the mailing house to find out when your vouchers/gift cards were posted and chase up with Royal Mail if necessary.
