How does it work?
Points are automatically credited to your account when you order qualifying products. As such you don’t have to fill in any registration forms, you’ll be signed up automatically when you open your account (some customer exemptions apply).
Once you have accumulated a minimum of 250 points, you can then exchange them for vouchers and rewards.

How do I know which products have Points?
Selected products will have a Save + Select points symbol - you will see this online, in our Product Guide, special offer flyers and in issues of Good Habits. The number below the symbol tells you how many points are allocated to that particular product.
How do I keep track of how many points I have?
You can contact your local depot Telesales Team or enquire with your Area Sales Manager to check your points balance. You can also email sspoints@friarspride.com to find out your points balance - please include your account number on the email.
How do I know what I can claim with the number of points I have?

How Do I Receive My Rewards?
Once your claim is validated, delivery of you rewards normally takes 28 days from receipt and are dispatched by either Royal Mail standard delivery or by recorded or special delivery which will require a signature on arrival.

Also, you can choose to redeem all your points against one reward type or split your choice across the range. This means for instance you could with 1250 points redeem £10 against each option and have £50 worth of gifts/voucher in total.

Redemption Form
Save and Select at Christmas
We will post a Christmas letter to our customers showing the total number of points on their account if there are enough points available to redeem, and what is on offer over the Christmas period. You will not be able to redeem more points than you have.
1. All items shown in the Save & Select Redemption Form are only available in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. The Save & Select Scheme is only available to retail holders of Friars Pride Ltd.
3. Save & Select points will be awarded to account holders on account purchases that aren’t on fixed prices. Please consult the Company for details.
4. Points will only be awarded against relevant products when the invoice of those products purchased are paid for in full and delivered.
5. Where the company has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of its terms and conditions of trading, the Company may refuse to process a claim, refuse to award Save & Select points or withdraw Save & Select points already awarded.
6. All gifts in the Scheme are available while stocks last. Should items become unavailable, for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute an alternative item.
7. Save & Select points cannot be exchanged for cash and they are non-refundable.
8. Claims for items must be on the designated claim form. Delivery will be free of charge. Delivery will normally take 28 days after receipt of a valid claim.
9. Delivery of any gifts on the Save & Select Scheme can only be made to a valid address in the United Kingdom with a post box.
10. Any Save & Select gifts above a retail price of £49 will automatically be sent by recorded delivery and over £100 will be sent via a courier (£150 for Sainsbury's).
11. Account holders are fully responsible for their ordered gifts on the Save & Select Scheme. If in any case an ordered gift does not arrive it is the account holder’s responsibility to follow these up.
12. The Company reserves the right to charge the receiver for a rescheduled delivery.
13. Claims for non-receipt must be made in writing to the Company no later than three months after making a redemption claim.
14. No representations are made regarding the likelihood or otherwise of an account holder incurring any tax liability as a result of participation in the Save & Select Scheme.
15. For accounts with no transactions with Friars Pride for 6 months, Friars Pride reserve the right to remove unredeemed Save & Select points.
16. Import and/or exported companies will not earn Save & Select points. Other business types that do not earn Save & Select points include Warehousing, Wholesalers and Manufacturers. Friars Pride reserves the right to change this list at any time.
17. The Company reserves the right to vary these conditions or to cancel the Save & Select Scheme at any time. In the event of cancellation, account holders who have already earned sufficient points to claim a gift will be given the opportunity to do so.
18. Save & Select points cannot be transferred between ownership without written consent.
19. Save and select points are earned if you pay your invoice to Friars Pride within your credit terms. Credit terms are set by your Credit Controller, the terms are based on your risk profile, and the credit terms are printed on your invoices. Points are not earned if the payment is late.
20. Save and select points must be redeemed within 12 months of the year in which the points are earned. Any points not redeemed will be cancelled.
