Product is pre-cooked, heat from frozen.
Griddle from frozen: Remove a portion from the pack. Sprinkle a dash of hot oil to the hot griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Microwave from Frozen: remove a portion from the pack, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2-3 minutes (based on an 800-watt microwave).
Oven Cooked from Frozen: Pre-heat oven to 200C/ 400F and place in a baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes.
