Earlier this year, THE ORIGINAL 42ND STREET CLASSIC SAUSAGE launched the ‘Win a Trip to New York Extravaganza’. To enter the competition, customers simply had to fill in a competition card found in boxes of THE ORIGINAL 42ND STREET CLASSIC SAUSAGE.
Three lucky winners were announced by Friars Pride, Henry Colbeck and V A Whitley:
Friars Pride – Reedham Fish & Chips in Norfolk
Henry Colbeck – Beedle’s Chippy in Bishop Auckland
V A Whitley – Ken’s Fish & Chips in Denbigh
Each winner took one other person with them to stay 4 nights New York in December 2013, arriving by limousine with a stay in a top of the range hotel… what a way to end the year!
Friars Pride’s winner Carl Cramp, owner of Reedham Fish & Chips in Norfolk couldn’t wait to share his experience of the Big Apple with us…“My wife and I had a fantastic time and managed to see the real 42nd Street for ourselves, which was pretty surreal! We managed to see a Knicks basketball game, the Rockefeller lights switch on, stroll around Central Park and fit in some all- important Christmas shopping! We even arrived by limousine, which was really exciting! We would like to say a huge thank you to Friars Pride, The Q Partnership and THE ORIGINAL 42ND STREET CLASSIC SAUSAGE for this fantastic opportunity”
42nd Street… It’s all about the ingredients!
