National Fish and Chip Day is Friday 3rd June 2016

Following the success of last year’s National Fish and Chip Day, NEODA are delighted to announce that Fish and Chip lovers across the UK are coming together again to celebrate the nation’s favourite dish on Friday 3rd June  2016!

Set to be even bigger than last year, we are encouraging everyone who serves Fish and Chips to get involved with the event, which is being championed by NEODA (The National Edible Oils Distributor’s Association).
But don’t let all of the celebrations happen on the day – make sure to download your FREE posters and bunting for your shop, to use leading up to and on National Fish and Chip Day 2015!

The day is not only a great way to celebrate Fish and Chips nationwide, but to share the love of the dish with your customers and local community. There are plenty of ways to get involved – not only using the FREE posters and bunting for your shop, but how about using red, white a

nd blue balloons, or running special promotions on the day? You can even get your staff involved – the more ideas and creativity, the better!
Last year saw thousands of Fish and Chips shops, restaurants, vendors joined the event, offering customers special promotions for that day, using social media to celebrate, decorating their shops with posters and Best of British packaging and even gaining attention of local media. The collective effort by the Fish and Chip trade put National Fish and Chip Day on the map, encouraging nationwide press and companies to engage in the celebration. From The Independent to the BBC and Paddy Power.
