Gadus – Faroese Skin On 8-16oz Cod Pin Bone In 3 x 6.81kg (M.S.C)
The production which happens on board the Gadus seals in the freshness of these 8-16oz Skin On, Pin Bone In cod fillets. Gadus production freezes the fish within four hours of the cod leaving the sea. The faster the freezing process the less drip loss. Drip loss is the loss of weight and freshness of the fillet.
Cod from the Gadus is available in 5-8oz, 8-16oz, 16-32oz and 32oz+. The fish is available as either Skin On, Pin Bone In Fillets or Skinless, Pin Bone In Fillets.
