Friars Pride would like to congratulate all winners and finalists of the National Fish and Chip Awards 2016! 

The event took place in London on Wednesday 20th January 2016, which saw over 600 attendees gather to see who would be crowned winner of each category. Twitter was alive with Fish and Chips, with the hashtag #fishnchipawards trending throughout the day, making an impact nationally and globally. Seafish ensured maximum publicity for the nations favourite dish by working with Poppies Fish and Chips to hand out free Fish and Chips at Old Spitalfields Market, London- they even used Friars Pride's very own Newsprint Chip Cones!
